Overview
Any item that is bought can be returned. However, our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we can’t grant you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was in when we sent it to you. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are exempt from the refund policy. For instance, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are not returnable. Other items that we do not allow for returns are intimate and sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids and gases.
Other items that we do not allow for returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To return your order, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return your order to the manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where a refund for a returned item may be partial:
- Book showing signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
Any item that was returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has been received. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method. This will happen within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then, check your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items can’t be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for an identical item, kindly email us at {support@equipfuture.com} and send your item to {support@equipfuture.com}.
Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift when purchased and is shipped directly to you, then you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. After we receive your return, we will send you a gift certificate.
If an item is not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping returns
To initiate your return, you will need to send your product to: {support@equipfuture.com}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of shipping will not be refundable. The cost will be deducted from your refund if you receive it.
Depending on your location, it may take some time for your exchanged item to reach you.
If you are returning expensive products, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item if you send it back to us.
