Do you sell to individual buyers or only businesses?
We sell wholesale only — to workshops, factories, contractors, facilities, and resellers. Our minimum order is 100 units per product.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
100 units per product. You can order multiple products in one enquiry, but each product line must meet the 100-unit minimum.
How do I get a bulk quote?
Use the quote request form on our Contact Us page with the product name, the specifications you need, and the quantity. We will respond as soon as possible with pricing and availability.
How is bulk pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, the quantity, the specifications, and the shipping destination. Larger quantities qualify for volume discounts: 5% off for 501–999 units and 10% off for 1,000+ units.
How long is a quote valid?
Each quote states its own validity period. Pricing and availability can change after the validity period expires.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quote or order acknowledgement. Orders ship after payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where do you ship?
Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and delivery addresses are quoted per order and confirmed in your written quote or invoice.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@equipfuture.com with photos and your order number. Because we sell in bulk, each case is handled individually and we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.
